Jul 11, 2019 · Hi. About 2 weeks ago Telstra suspended my bigpond email address due to suspected problem. I use the Bigpond email address as my primary email in Outlook and Gmail. When they reinstated it, I couldn't receive or send emails in Gmail or Outlook.
