I'm running an E1000 on Insight 30MB/3MB cable. Hardwired, everything is able to pull the appropriate 30MB down and push 3MB up. Seems to be common confusion on most threads about 300MB and 150MB I/O, etc. - that's all fine on the LAN, but most people truly just care about internet related I/O.
